Gwinner’s Country Butcher is a licensed Slaughter Establishment (#BC40). We are licensed within the scope of Class A for Cows/Cattle, Sheep/Lambs, Goats and Swine.
We currently offer custom sausage making (de-boned meat dropped off by appointment only). For information on British Columbia’s Chronic Wasting Disease testing requirements, please click here. You must wait until your test results come in before we can accept your game meat.

Storage fees are $10/day unless arrangements have been made. Storage fees apply 4 days after you have been notified that your order is ready for pick-up.
