We are a licensed slaughter facility, offering processing of pigs, beef and lamb in Meadowbrook, just outside of the Kimberley area in British Columbia.

For custom cutting, you must provide written instructions when you drop the animal off. Otherwise, you will get the regular cut. Please use the following cut/order sheets:

Slaughtering Services in Kimberly, British Columbia

Gwinner’s Country Butcher is a licensed Slaughter Establishment (#BC40). We are licensed within the scope of Class A for Cows/Cattle, Sheep/Lambs, Goats and Swine.

READ FIRST – IMPORTANT GUIDELINES:

Due to high demand, we book slaughtering services via set appointment times. This time is reserved just for you. A 50% deposit (non-refundable) of the total slaughter fee is required to book your appointment.
Please show up and pick up on time. If you arrive late or miss your appointment you will forfeit your deposit as we will need to serve other customers.
Animals MUST have ear tags, in ear.
You must have “Form 3” transportation paperwork with you when you arrive.
Pigs must have trace registration.

Storage fees are $10/day unless arrangements have been made.
We Accept deposits by E-Transfer and final payment by CASH Only. Thank you.
